AMP Studio LTD is committed to making LnkFlow accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone.
1. Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the technical standard referenced by the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 and underpins the European Accessibility Act (EAA), in force since 28 June 2025. We treat these guidelines as our baseline for new design and development work.
2. Conformance status
LnkFlow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that most of the Service meets the standard, but some content or functionality may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. This statement reflects our own self-assessment and is updated as the Service evolves; it has not yet been audited by an independent third party.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we:
- build the interface with semantic HTML and meaningful landmark structure;
- provide a “skip to content” link and visible keyboard focus indicators;
- support keyboard navigation for interactive elements;
- label form fields and surface validation messages in text, not by colour alone;
- aim for sufficient colour contrast and offer light and dark appearance modes;
- use a responsive layout that adapts to zoom and different screen sizes;
- respect the operating system’s “reduced motion” preference where animations are used;
- consider accessibility as part of our design and development process for new features.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known or possible limitations include:
- some complex data tables, charts, and reporting views may need improved screen-reader support;
- certain interactive components and modal dialogs may need refinements to focus management and labelling;
- third-party content or services we integrate with may not be fully under our control.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritise improvements.
5. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of LnkFlow. If you experience any difficulty using the Service, need information in an alternative format, or want to report an accessibility problem, please contact us:
- Email: support@appitstudio.com
- Post: AMP Studio LTD, Boris Rumenov 9 str., Sofia, Bulgaria
Please include the page or feature where you encountered the issue and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable time and to respond with a resolution or a plan to address it.
6. Enforcement
If you contact us with an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to the competent national authority responsible for enforcing the European Accessibility Act in your country. In Bulgaria, market-surveillance and enforcement responsibilities are held by the designated national authorities under the Bulgarian law transposing the EAA.
7. Ongoing commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement and the accessibility of the Service periodically and as we ship new features, and we update this page to reflect our current status and the date of the most recent review.
