These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LnkFlow website, applications, API, browser extension, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by AMP Studio LTD (“AMP Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with its registered address at Boris Rumenov 9 str., Sofia, Bulgaria.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LnkFlow provides branded short links and server-side click tracking and attribution. It lets you create campaign links, redirect visitors to a destination URL, record click data without client-side cookies, inject UTM parameters at redirect time, and forward click events to analytics tools you connect. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Optional analytics on the public marketing website follows the regional defaults and visitor choices described in our Privacy Policy. You can review or change those choices at any time through Privacy Choices in the website footer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API tokens, and browser-extension authorisations, and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@appitstudio.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.
- We send service communications needed to operate your account, plus optional onboarding, trial-progress, product-guidance, and relevant plan-offer emails. You can turn off optional product emails at any time from your profile or the unsubscribe link in an applicable email; essential account, security, billing, usage, refund, and team messages are not affected.
3. Plans, fees and billing
The Service is offered on paid subscription plans (for example Starter, Growth, and Scale), with the prices, click allowances, and feature limits shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. The following terms apply where you purchase a paid plan:
- Subscriptions and renewal. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as you select, and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current term.
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Where indicated at checkout, your purchase may be processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record, in which case Stripe handles applicable indirect taxes and payment disputes and its purchase terms apply to the payment transaction. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including on renewal. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added where required. Where applicable, VAT is handled in accordance with EU rules.
- Usage limits. Plans include click and link allowances. If you exceed your plan’s limits, we may ask you to upgrade, and we may throttle or pause non-essential processing until you do.
- Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and stops future renewals.
4. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first subscription charge. You can request that guarantee refund from your billing settings or by contacting support. Except for that guarantee and where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. Where you are a consumer in the EU with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase; however, by starting to use the Service during that period you acknowledge that performance has begun and the right of withdrawal may be lost once the Service is fully provided, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Early access and waitlist
Parts of the Service may be offered as a waitlist, early-access, beta, or invite-only program. Such features are provided “as is”, may be incomplete or change without notice, and may have separate or limited terms. We make no guarantee that any waitlisted feature will become generally available.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, shorten, redirect to, or distribute links that:
- are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that mislead visitors about the destination;
- contain or lead to malware, phishing, spam, or other malicious or abusive content;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- contain or promote sexual content involving minors, illegal goods, or content prohibited by law;
- harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against others;
- artificially inflate click counts, evade bot detection, or interfere with the integrity of analytics.
You also agree not to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach its security or authentication;
- access the Service to build a competing product, or scrape or resell it without our consent;
- exceed rate limits, or use automated means to overload or disrupt the Service;
- misuse the API or browser extension outside the documented and authorised scope.
Enforcement. We use automated systems — including bot detection, click-velocity analysis, and traffic classification — to protect the Service and the integrity of analytics; clicks classified as invalid or automated may be excluded from reports and usage counts. We may investigate suspected violations and may, where appropriate, disable individual links or custom domains, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disclose information to authorities. Where practical we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue, but we may act immediately when a link presents a risk to visitors (for example phishing or malware) or to the Service.
7. Your data and analytics integrations
You are responsible for the links you create, the destinations they point to, and the analytics tools you connect. When you connect a third-party service (for example Google Analytics 4, the Meta Conversions API, DataFast, Mixpanel, or Segment) and forward click data to it — which can include the visitor’s IP address and user-agent, as described in our Privacy Policy — you confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to do so, and your use of those tools is governed by their terms.
With respect to personal data processed through tracked links, you act as the data controller and AMP Studio acts as your processor. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our processing on your behalf is subject to applicable data-processing terms. You must provide any privacy notices and obtain any consents required from the visitors whose clicks you track.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by AMP Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process it as needed to provide the Service.
9. Availability, changes and support
We work to keep the Service reliable and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate service-level agreement says otherwise. We may perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue features, and we will use reasonable efforts to limit disruption.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk or harms the Service or others. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of analytics, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that link tracking will capture every click or that analytics data will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct, or to mandatory consumer rights.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AMP Studio harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including the links and destinations you create and the data you process through the Service.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to mandatory EU consumer-protection law where it applies. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as permitted by law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date, and where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. General
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
