WooCommerce integration
WooCommerce order attribution tells you where an order came from. LnkFlow takes it further by connecting paid orders, refunds and subscription renewals to the tracked links and promo codes that drove them.
The short version
WooCommerce can tell you that a sale came from Google, Instagram or email. That is order attribution. LnkFlow goes one step further and shows the exact tracked link, campaign, partner or promo code that led to the paid order.
WooCommerce handles broad source reporting well. LnkFlow fills the gap when you need to know which exact link, influencer, affiliate or campaign earned the sale, especially when the customer returns after the original session.
Order source tracking
Instagram or email is only the source. It does not tell you which creator, campaign or link earned the sale.
Each campaign or partner gets a tracked link. The plugin attaches that reference to the WooCommerce order.
See the link and delivery status in WooCommerce. See the attributed revenue in LnkFlow.
Customer journey
Shoppers rarely click and buy in one visit. They compare, leave and come back later.
The plugin keeps the first and latest LnkFlow clicks in the same journey for up to 90 days.
If a creator's coupon is used at checkout, the promo code can receive credit ahead of the click.
Server-side conversion tracking
Thank-you-page tracking is fragile. The page can close, redirect or get blocked before the pixel fires.
LnkFlow reports the sale from your store after WooCommerce marks the order as paid.
That covers delayed payment methods too, including bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Revenue attribution
Revenue changes after checkout. Orders get partially refunded, fully refunded or renewed.
The plugin sends those changes to LnkFlow, so attributed revenue moves with the money.
With WooCommerce Subscriptions, renewals stay renewals instead of looking like new purchases.
Checkout safety
LnkFlow never sits between the shopper and a completed order.
The plugin saves the order first, then reports the conversion through WooCommerce's background queue.
That keeps checkout fast while LnkFlow handles the attribution behind the scenes.
Setup
Install the plugin, connect your account and check that tracking works.
Download the ZIP, upload it to WordPress and activate it.
Paste your API token, choose the matching Website and test the connection.
Send a test conversion. You can also place and refund a test order to check the complete journey.
Your store's data
Nothing is sent until you connect your store to LnkFlow. You choose whether to report paid orders, refunds, leads, product details or customer matching data.
Product details and customer matching are off by default. The plugin also works with compatible WordPress consent tools, so your store can respect each customer's choice.
